Dear valued partners and colleagues,
At Continental Office, we are guided by our values, which we call What Matters to Us. These include our associates, clients, community and their health and well-being. With Governor DeWine calling upon businesses to get creative and support him in the effort to minimize the spread of COVID-19 via social distancing, we have decided to make some short-term changes to our associate’s work hours in the office.
Effective Monday, we are asking all of our associates who can work remotely to do so (the period of time is to be determined). We continue to welcome you to visit one of our locations if it would help with your business and project objectives. Please contact your Continental Office salesperson or representative to arrange for a potential visit. Also we welcome meetings via phone, technology and/or on-site at your project location. Fortunately our associates have the tools, technology and resources necessary to continue to provide superior customer service for your day-to-day and project requirements during this ever evolving time.
Rest assured we are carefully monitoring the government's suggestions and requirements to prevent COVID-19 from spreading. We are in constant communication with all of our team members on best hygiene practices, the typical symptoms of COVID-19 and emphasizing that if anyone experiences symptoms, to seek appropriate medical attention and stay home.
We are also closely working and monitoring our partner manufacturer’s supply chains and at this time we do not anticipate any delays or interruptions to installations or other work. We’ll be using our technology platforms to keep things running smoothly and on time. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact your Continental Office salesperson or representative.
Again our goal is to keep our community, clients, partners and our associates healthy while continuing to meet and exceed your service expectations. Thank you for the opportunity to be your business partner.
We look forward to speaking with you and seeing you soon. Stay well.
