CONTINENTAL OFFICE ENVIRONMENTS APPOINTS RACHEL FRIEDMAN VICE PRESIDENT

Columbus, Ohio – Ira Sharfin, CEO and President of Continental Office Environments, announced today the appointment of Rachel Friedman as Vice President of Market Development. Friedman brings 15 years of business development experience in the office furniture industry, serving as Global Account Manager for Herman Miller, Inc. for the past eight years. Prior to Herman Miller, Ms. Friedman started her career at Continental Office Environments as a designer and National Accounts Manager.

In this new role, Ms. Friedman will be responsible for growing the national accounts business and developing Continental’s services. She has been appointed a member of the executive management team and will report directly to the CEO.

In making the announcement, Mr. Sharfin stated, “Rachel is returning to the Continental team at a pivotal time in the growth of our business. Her experience in delivering workplace solutions to complex customers will support Continental’s growth and diversification.”
